"Great agency. Always willing to go the extra mile and help us out. Recently I had to replace my windshield and I called my agent and they set it up and they are coming Thursday to my house to fix the front windshield at my convenience. Appreciate these guys. Been with them for 6 years."

His office is supported with great internal State Farm support people who were quick to help arrange a tow or start a claim at any hour of the day/night. "One of the worst agents i've ever i've dealt with, and i've been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. I tried to take a policy out in march of this year and it took these people almost four months for me to actually get a current, correct policy. At one time they had three insurance policies out in my name at the same time before getting it right. I had declined a specific coverage on day one, and that coverage appeared on my policy. And I was charged for it, for all the months it took for them to get it right. They did slowly reimburse me for that error but the point is, I asked for it not to be on the policy. And they put it on anyway and charged me for it and blamed the underwriting department. Bryan and Joe are a joke and the way that they do business. And finally, after all, my complaints to them Bryan tells me if i'm so unhappy with them to go to a different agency which I did. Stay clear people!!!!!!!"

"Worst agency ever... Bryan is an absolute joke for an agent. Never returns calls and talked to me, his client, like he thinks he is better then me. Look around... Almost everywhere is cheaper and you dont have to deal with that clown 🤡"

"I decided to change insurance companies after many years from my previous insurance carrier. It was a horrible experience from the beginning!!! Agent kept calling so I decided to give them a try. Big mistake!!Quotes kept changing, customer service was inadequate and not very knowledgeable. It took a month to get a policy revision I was told underwriting is just backed up. Be careful trusting this offices services with your insurance needs. Not sure if this is State Farm in general or just this office but do not recommend going business with this office.Asked to speak to owner and was left on hold!!"

"If I could give higher than five stars I would. I reached out to the office not knowing one thing about insurance and let me say I’m glad I contacted this office. They were incredibly helpful when it came to my questions they were very timely in when they responded (within 24 hrs). The manager was very knowledgeable as well. I would refer any one that is looking for insurance to them for all their insurance needs!"

"After being with State Farm all of my life, I promptly found another insurance company to do business with after having the unfortunate luck of dealing with this office. Agent takes a full month to respond about important (well obviously, not important to him!) insurance questions pertaining my policy. Switched to another agent and got answers immediately. Dealing with this office has ruined my relationship with State Farm. And the office manager, Kristin, is incredibly rude and doesn’t find importance in responding to emails or giving out correct information. If you are a State Farm member, I would choose ANY insurance agent except this one."
